The target market for the show is designers and each week the topic will have a new design-related topic for that show. The current shows available are mostly based on the host’s experiences in the design industry.

The description of the podcast from The Deep End website:

“Looking for a web & graphic design podcast with something to say? Well you found one in The Deeply Graphic DesignCast. Each podcast covers a new graphic design-related topic, and a few relevant tangents along the way. We answer a listener question and offer tips and advice in our “Do Yourself a Favor” segment. A new podcast episode is released every two weeks.”

In regards to his co-hosts, McDowell was quoted saying, “When I was thinking about who I wanted to do this podcast with, it was important to me to include other designers from other cities and other studios, because I didn’t want the conversation to feel too ‘inside’ or stilted. The fact that we have such diverse experience makes the podcast that much more interesting.”

The Deeply Graphic Design Podcast is free to subscribe to and listen to on iTunes. The show is currently receiving great feedback from the user reviews. A couple of the positive comments include:

“Wes’ “Deeply Graphic DesignCast” is an awesome little tidbit of industry insider goodies! It’s refreshing to hear about tips, trends and general working methodology direct from fellow creatives, who explore issues from all angles, including client, business and creative. Definitely check it out. From an LA-based graphic designer and now-happy subscriber! :) Fun and Inspiring

“The hosts have a nice mix of viewpoints and experience, and they cover their topics in a friendly but fun way. Looking forward to hearing more from the Deeply Graphic crew.”
