Jay-Z Kicks It Old School for The Brooklyn Nets Rebrand

Released earlier this month a new brand identity for The Brooklyn Nets (previously The New Jersey Nets) was reportedly designed by JAY-Z. The new brand identity reflects the New York City subway signage of 1957, when Brooklyn last claimed a major league franchise. Shutterstock is almost 9 years old now and has a history of effective rebrand, starting in 2003. In my opinion 2011 was their weakest effort. I am a big fan of the new 2012 identity. A new logo and tagline was released for the new One World Trade Center (originally Freedom Tower) designed by Wordsearch and presented by the Durst Organization and Cushman & Wakefield. Adobe Creative Suite 6, the driving force behind the marketing industry recently released version CS6, which includes 19 applications and four different main suites to choose from.
