The DBA passed the resolution at its Annual General Meeting on Monday 2 July 2012, an event which was then followed by 25th Anniversary celebrations at the Heron Tower, London. Designer Shepard Fairey has updated the iconic Rolling Stones tongue logo in honor of the band’s 50th anniversary. The original logo was designed by John Pasche, a student of the Royal College of Art in London and appeared on the Sticky Fingers album sleeve in 1971.
