Creative Manager

Full-Time Position Freeman+Leonard Irving, TX

Job Overview:

• Manage site creative, including maintenance of existing pages, support for upcoming events and promotions, and long-term strategy including site improvements.

• Collaborate with SEO team to tailor creative to maximize natural search results.

• Ensure brand-right tone to provide a seamless multi-channel marketing execution and drive online sales.

• Collaborate with store marketing teams to align campaigns and creative needs by season.

• Collaborate with analytics team to analyze customer behavior and maximize opportunities.

• Partner with Creative Director to execute site content strategy.

• Partner with Creative Development Manager in managing the execution of web design for site enhancements and launches.

• Responsible for meeting all deadlines.

• Responsible for all visual and text assets, including designing and overseeing all facets of asset production.

• Review and submit concepts for approval to Creative Director.

• Gather feedback, provide input, and communicate discussions with merchant and marketing teams.

• Responsible for delivery of all final assets to outside vendors and internal departments.

• Review projects to ensure compliance with appropriate brand and legal teams.

• Ensure all creative assets are organized, labeled, and archived.

• Manage and develop team for future growth within the department and organization.

• Coach team on performance and professional development.

• Motivate team to achieve efficiency and productivity.

REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficiency in Dreamweaver as well as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to communicate clearly to a wide audience of stakeholders, both merchant and creative.

• Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize among running projects.

• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to multi-task, perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Must be able to analyze data and provide feedback on how to maximize business objectives.
• eCommerce usability experience required.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing and developing a team.
• Minimum of five years experience in eCommerce
