The Graphic Designer position is responsible for concept, collaboration and development of graphic art and visual communication materials for promotions, advertisements and in-resort marketing using knowledge of current graphic design software for production in a variety of media outlets including print, email and web channels.
Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced team environment and have the ability to work integrally and individually within the Guest Experience Department as well as with other company business owners. Projects involve collaboration with multiple Brand Content Managers through the lifecycle of the design – producing roughs and/or comps for review, integrating feedback, and independently producing a final design.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to articulate creative conceptual ideas effectively and to work together with project and Brand Content Managers on communication and design objectives.
The position requires flexibility. Work duties involve a variety of additional tasks related to in-resort collateral inventory and placement as well as other Guest Experience Department and company duties.
Candidates must have strong organizational skills, the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and an ability to meet deadlines. Position works under supervision of Guest Experience Marketing Director.
